Refunds and Returns Policy

At Dice Opulence Beauty, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, certain conditions apply for refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item delivered is defective.
  • The item was lost or damaged during transit.
  • The item is past its expiry date.
  • The order was delayed beyond our promised delivery timeframe.

Non-Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot approve a return or refund if:

  • You changed your mind about the purchase.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You were testing the system to see if the item would be delivered.
  • You are unreachable after placing an order.
  • The product falls under non-eligible categories such as fragrances and wigs.

Return Process

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be new or slightly used and in their original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of KES 0 applies.

Return Methods

  • Drop-off Location: Physically bring the item to our shop.
  • Mailing Services: Use a courier or mailing service to return the item.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
