Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dice Opulence Beauty, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Custom or special-order products.
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective upon receipt).

3. Process for Returns
Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of purchase to request a return.
Provide your proof of purchase and reason for return.
Return the item to our store at:

All return shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
For purchases made via mobile money, refunds will be sent to the same account used for payment.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value (with any price difference covered by you).
Exchanges must be requested within the same 7-day window as returns.
