2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via our accepted payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received, or in cases of suspected fraud.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping is available for orders over KES 10,000 within Nairobi County. A flat rate of KES 900 applies to orders below this threshold.
  • Customers outside Nairobi County must contact us to confirm shipping arrangements.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) are processed on the same day; otherwise, they are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery timelines are up to 48 hours within Nairobi County.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Items can be returned within 7 days, provided they are new or slightly used and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not eligible for the following:
    • Change of mind.
    • Mistaken purchases.
    • Items used for testing delivery services.
    • Products in non-eligible categories, such as fragrances and wigs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We ensure that all products are of high quality and meet described standards.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations.
